Special Educational Needs (SEND)

We support families throughout the entire SEND process including:

• Requesting EHC Needs assessment
• Reviewing draft EHCPs
• Advice on health and social care provision in an EHCP
• Representation in mediation

Appeals to the SEND Tribunal to secure and EHC Needs Assessment, challenging the decision not to issue an EHCP, altering the content of an EHCP for specialist support, particular school (specialist and residential), maintaining EHCP.

Post 16 & 19 issues including consideration of the diverse range of educational programmes available in preparing for adulthood.

Advice and representation at annual reviews.

Fees

We know that dealing with your child’s education is stressful enough and having to involve can be daunting. 

We try to make our input as simple as possible by advising on fees at the outset and offering fixed fees wherever possible.
