Sobia Ditta is the Managing Director of TPS and has been a practising lawyer for over 13 years. She specialises in litigation and handling claims involving serious and catastrophic injuries, with particular expertise in cases of acquired spinal and brain injuries. Her exceptional track record includes securing multimillion-pound settlements for her clients.
Sobia joined TPS when the firm was established in 2015 and took over ownership in 2021. Under her leadership, the firm has grown into a trusted name in the field of litigation and catastrophic injury claims, known for its client-focused approach and exceptional results.
Sobia’s dedication to this area of law stems from a deeply personal life-changing event which has given her a profound understanding of the holistic needs of her clients, enabling her to approach cases with empathy, practicality, and a focus on achieving outcomes that address every aspect of her clients’ lives.
In addition to her legal practice, Sobia is passionate about training and mentoring. She has successfully trained nine lawyers to date and is currently training another, reflecting her commitment to fostering excellence and growth within the legal profession.

Alya is a qualified solicitor specialising in Property.
Alya deals with all aspects of property matters, in particular commercial property transactions and property litigation and is a well-practiced advocate in property matters having acted and represented multiple landlords at court in various landlord tenant disputes.
Alya works closely with property developers and retailers and has provided invaluable legal advice and expertise on various local projects including the sale of an industrial park and the acquisition of a large commercial site in Manchester.

When not in work, Alya enjoys cooking and creating culinary delights, and enjoys travelling to exotic destinations.

Guv is a Specialist Solicitor in the area of Public Law, and in particular, Special Educational Needs.
She is one of the few solicitors in this field with expertise in the differing jurisdictions of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. She has over 15 years experience in this niche area and represents children, young adults and their families in securing access to state funded provision including specialist school and college placements.
She regularly challenges EHCPs in the SEND Tribunal forum. Her expertise has been recognised in the UK Courts more widely, where she now acts as expert witness on SEND Law, EHCPs and related public law issues.
Guv also works with Local Authorities and provides advice on a range of SEND/ EHCP and related issues.
She is also trustee of a national children’s visual impairment charity.
